ToddFest/West 2011 happened Saturday, August 20, 2011 and was hosted this year by Lanette Waters-Atwood at her home in Concord, CA. ToddFest/West was founded by Debbie Sommer and Roger Linder in 1995 and this was its 14th incarnation.
