Dear ToddFesters:

Once again, the stars are not in alignment that allow me to be with you on the
left coast for ToddFest West'99.

However, I'm sure you'll be having a great time anyway, and I hope to see
some, if not many of you at "HershFest West'99" when I do make it out to the
Bay area in about 6 weeks at the end of September.
