ToddFest/West 2013 happened Saturday, July 13, 2013 and was hosted this year by Roger and Cece Linder at their home in Antelope, CA. ToddFest/West was founded by Debbie Sommer and Roger Linder in 1995 and this was its 16th incarnation.
